Accounts Payable – Missoula

Energy Partners Accounts Payable will support the company by correctly managing and maintaining the incoming payable accounts.  This position will also correctly sort and code the proper accounts payable records and vendor files.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

➢ Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards vendors at all times.
➢ Handle and keep confidential information.
➢ Maintain accounts payable records.
➢ Maintain accounts payable vendor files.
➢ Properly sort and distribute incoming mail.
➢ Properly sort and print incoming emails for accounts payable.
➢ Match invoices to authorized approvals.
➢ Correctly code and enter accounts payable received into the software.
➢ Post accounts payable and maintain paper and/or digital files of associated paperwork.
➢ Correctly print and pay authorized checks.
➢ Perform any other duties as assigned.

Special Requirements

➢ Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED
➢ Computer Software Experience Preferred
➢ Accounts Payable Experience Beneficial
