Energy Partners is recruiting a full-time position for a Branch Manager in Superior, MT. This position will provide and is accountable for the day to day operations of the company in their location. The Branch Manager will oversee employees within their location in creating a culture of teamwork. The Manager will also direct and coordinate the Energy and Operation’s Business Plan, Marketing Program, and Risk Management Program.

➢ Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation regulations in their state of residency is required with the following endorsements: air brakes, hazardous materials, tanker. Class A Commercial Driver’s License is preferred.
Esssential Duties & Responsibilities
➢ Grow and develop sales markets and distribution opportunities.
➢ Purchase propane products.
➢ Educate customers on the proper operation, maintenance and safety of appliances and gas equipment.
➢ Manage team through training, clear job assignment definition and explanation, timely correction of deficient performance, and provide effective rewards and develop opportunities to all employees.
➢ Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials and events.
➢ Operates Energy Partners company vehicles and equipment in a safe and efficient manner at all times.
➢ Promotes use of LP gas by suggesting additional uses to customers and relating the quality, service and dependability of Energy Partners products and services.
➢ Maintains and repairs Energy Partners owned equipment.
➢ Available for night, weekend, and holiday after-hour calls on a rotating basis.
➢ Performs any other duties as assigned.
