Pre-Pay Program

Pre-purchase your winter propane with our Pre-Pay Fixed Price Contract, which helps customers protect themselves from potentially high winter prices. With no hidden fees and an opportunity for substantial savings, this is EP’s most popular program.

When EP customers pre-purchase propane at a fixed price, it means that the price will not increase. Contracted gallons will be delivered from October 1 to March 31. Any propane that is not delivered will be credited back to the customer’s account as a dollar credit to be used toward future purchases at market price or refunded upon your request. Any unpaid balance that occurs during the contract period (i.e., tank rental fees, service rendered, parts, etc.) may be satisfied by your contract funds, reducing your contracted gallons and/or pre-pay funds.

To enroll in the program, EP customers must have a zero-balance account and pre-purchase their winter gallons. Enrollment dates will vary to secure the most optimum pricing for our loyal customers.

Auto-Fill Program

How customers prefer propane delivery directly impacts our efficiency. Our Auto-Fill Program computes a customer’s average usage, and a delivery is scheduled when the tank is at or near 25%. This allows us to route our trucks most efficiently, in turn passing the savings on to our customers.

Save up to 10-cents per gallon by having Energy Partners manage your propane deliveries! Contracted gallons delivered under this program are delivered at the contract rate with no delivery fees!

Auto-fill requires a pre-approved, current account, which must be kept current to ensure uninterrupted deliveries. Should your account be overdue for any reason, all propane deliveries will be suspended and you will be removed from the Auto-Fill Program. Auto-fill deliveries tend to be larger, so keep in mind that we also offer a Budget Billing Program to help customers manage their heating expenses.

Budget Billing Program

Take advantage of our Budget Billing Program with a consistent monthly payment and no delivery fees! Budget Billing typically begins in May, and works like an escrow account – your budget rate is calculated on past usage and projected winter prices, and spread over an 11-month period. Budget Billing accounts are audited to prevent large over or under-payments. Your budget rate may be adjusted without notice due to unexpected changes in usage or propane prices (severe cold weather, etc.).

It is important that your payments be prompt, as this is a premium service provided to our customers without interest or a service charge. Should you miss a Budget Billing payment for any reason, all propane deliveries will be suspended. You will be removed from the program and no longer eligible to participate in Budget Billing. All balances will be due in-full immediately. 

Will Call Delivery Program

Simply call to order propane delivery as needed. We require 24 hours notice prior to delivery. For your convenience, we have an automated answering system for orders placed after-hours, on the weekend and/or on holidays. Orders are processed the next business day, and delivery will be scheduled on your normal delivery day.

We encourage you to check the level of your tank regularly, and place your order when the propane level is at or below 25%. If you are not able to provide 24 hours notice, require a special delivery or run out of propane, a service charge will be assessed.

Payment On Delivery Program

This program is the same as our Will Call Delivery Program (above), except a payment arrangement must be made prior to propane delivery. You have the option of making payments in advance to build your credit toward a future delivery. A monthly statement will be sent to you reflecting a credit balance, if applicable.
